For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

Do not use these people. Absolutely regret calling Manny. Took hours doing a very simple task. Kept going out to supposedly get tools or supplies and not returning for ages. Didn't give any explanation. Overcharged us a horrendous amount. Originally said £80-£90 then asked for £210. He then accepted £150. Absolutely disgraceful. Pretending that the job is difficult and taking long on purpose. This was a job for my in-laws. Shamelessly taking advantage of elderly people.

This was quite a difficult job. Ali didn't appreciate how big the radiator was, and that it would need two people to install it. Also he didn't have experience working with a heat pump so wasn't able to get the system running to test after installation. But he gave it a good go and we got there in the end. I'm happy with the work and would use him again.
