T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Needed a toilet stack fixing and replacing. Peter completed the job very soon after viewing it and offered cheaper alternatives to other tradesmen. Very pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend or use again.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Good time keeping and very hard working. Everyday a clean up was carried out at the end of work. I was kept up to date with any promlems that were unforseen. When I was first contacted and the job inspected photographs were shown to me of the problems and what the solutions were and materials to be use. The finished job looks good and well done. Mo was brought to finish off the snagging of our old handyman, Ant. Ant's new name is halfer, as in half a job,or should I say Arfer. However Mo was good and a different format, working with his wife, lovely combination. We will be calling on Mo, from now on.
