We spoke on the phone, I took photos and arranged for the job to be done today, 10th December, no text , call granting and no show. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

My day-to-day tasks include all aspects of plumbing, leak investigation and repair, bathroom refits, gutter clearing and repair, external/internal painting & decorating, handyman services, gardening, driveway cleaning and repair, patios, installing appliances and oven repairs. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
