We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. A dynamic team of carpenters both reliable and friendly. All aspects of carpentry undertaken 1st and 2nd fix. We have worked on new builds and refurbishments both maintaining the highest of standards. Also do extensions, patios and full bathroom refits.
I hired Luke to do a covered pergola & paid 30% in advance for materials. Communication initially was ok but became frustrating as he wouldn't reply to messages for days. The basic structure was erected but not completed. I didn't hear from him again for over a month, despite chasing. He then said he'd been ill & couldn't complete the job. No idea if he ordered the roofing as he never replied again. The work he's done seems ok but I'm left hanging with no idea of what to do now or what to order.

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him we will certainly be using him again in the near future. We had never used him before finding him on this site and are over the moon with his workmaship .. chris

Came back the following afternoon. He'd changed a tap and fitted new connectors but the olive was leaking as it was the old one???? Chased for payment b4 ceiling dry. Invoice date 12th due 11th???? £133 p hr shd have got a quote. My bad.
