Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I sadly have to give the ratings I have. I was chasing for an appointment so Mark & his brother could give a price, which I eventually got. Then I had to chase for a start date. Mark said his daughter was in hospital, which happens. I said I would wait. I asked did he want the job. He said it would be a few weeks. I said I would wait, & wait a & wait etc. I got no response. It was clear they did not want the job. My time was wasted. Sadly I would not reccomend. A case of Cherry picking.

Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. All work done to a good standard with attention to detail and at a fair price. Would definitely use again and would recommend for a wide variety of jobs. Thank you!

Callum arrived on the day I contacted him, to replace a kitchen tap. Other plumbers were quoting 10 to 14 days before they could attend. He arrived early and carried out the replacement efficiently and confidently, leaving no mess or leaks when the job was finished. Only slight criticism was that his price was much higher than other quotes received.

I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!
We did not proceed with the job in the end but can confirm that the quotation process with Dectel Construction was efficient. The quotation itself was in line with expectations.
