Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Used Anthony to finish off a down stairs shower room and toilet plus to fit new skirting in two other rooms. Was really happy with the service he provided was punctual and very clean and tidy with very little fuss, I also work night's so gave him a key to let himself in on a morning to start the work that is how much I felt comfortable with him just getting on with it, wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
I received the phone call very quickly and Joe also emailed me as well. He came to view the job the next day and said he would be able to fix it so was able to arrange the job two days later. I was very impressed by his work as well as his reliability. We had agreed a time but what I found good was that he text me to tell me what time he was going to be at my property which saved me time in trying to phone him to see where he was.
