Nigel provided an excellent service. From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process. I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!
