Karl arrived on time and did the repairs there and then. He explained what needed doing and had the spare parts with him. I was expecting to have to wait for the job to be done and was delighted with such an immediate result. He told me up front what it would cost and stuck to it. It was a reasonable charge for the job. I would definitely recommend.
