The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. Tony refurbished our bathroom with wet wall, a shower screen and a new front of bath. He was very quick in coming out to see the bathroom and gave us a decent price for the work, once accepted he came to complete the work quickly and professionally.
