Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Daily clean up was thorough.The flat is in a block of 40 plus, we received really positive feed back from the other residents. They will be invited back to do our kitchen. Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. The job: make good the kitchen tiling after a boiler replacement. Left of the boiler: tiles replaced. Right of the boiler: old chipped tiles were carefully removed, new tiles were cut to size and replaced. The electric socket was removed for a tidier finish. Additional work was agreed on the day to stick down loose wallcovering near the boiler and replaster. Despite the care taken one old tile cracked during the work and Harvinder has agreed to return to rectify this. Thank you.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
