Robert did a fantastic job refurbishing my bathroom, including dealing with unexpected mould and finding solutions that worked for me e.g. installing a dimmer switch as I am very sensitive to light and standard bathroom lights are too bright for me. He was very professional and clearly has a lot of experience as well as pride in his work. He was respectful of our home, very reliable and very hard working. Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!
