Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Steve came out to take a gas fire out but ended up helping me take out the entire facia and hearth. He was a really nice guy and was very conscientious about the work he was doing explaining why he was doing it and making sure I was happy throughout.
