Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Two problems to resolve, a water leak to my boiler and a water leak from a radiator valve. The water leak to the boiler was diagnosed, and the most cost-effective proposal was a new boiler, i'll take that on face value and get a second opinion. The radiator valve was tightened, which made things worse, loosened, still worse, and left. The leak is now much worse than before, as is the boiler leak. In short, I'm £95 out of pocket and have two problems worse than they were before.
