We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Blockages are one of our favourite plumbing issues to attend to, the satisfaction of getting your maintenance problems sorted is second to none.
I recently had a bathroom leak repair carried out by Carl, involving the replacement of the waste trap and extending the waste pipe to the bath trap. I would like to say that Carl was fantastic. He responded to my job immediately, was very friendly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and gave a highly competitive quote. He came out straight away and completed the job quickly and to a high standard. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
