Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Not happy at all. I was charged slightly over £200 for 2 hrs. The issue was not resolved in fact, it was worse than the beginning. In future would be reluctant to use this service. Quotation should be based on completed work not on hours spent when no resolution! Not professional!
