Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Janos at Warm Hearts Plumbing was brilliant. He listened, cooperated, was efficient, thorough and reliable. He provided a bespoke service to meet my needs to have a new bath installed and sink leak. He made good the tiling and even had to adjust a cupboard to fit the bath in. He communicated with me every day and when necessary-always consulting me. He sent me regular photos of the work.
