These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.

Standard old kitchen removed and new kitchen fitted, took longer to complete than anticipated, almost 3 weeks due to waiting for the various trades to turn up and unforseen circumstances with workers to get on site. But overall, good job, kept up to date with Debbie, but especially Lee kitchen fitter who worked nonstop.

Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!

Good quality work despite a few days when things wasn't quite as easy as we thought it would be. Flexible for some extra work to be added as the job progressed. Would have been nice to see receipts for materials bought and used. However, would recommend.
Very professional, flexible and reliable service. Price was excellent given the high quality finish. The tradesmen were very polite and we were more than happy to leave them alone in the house. They protected carpets and flooring throughout and left the work area very clean and tidy. Would recommend this company, came out and provided and fitted a new combi boiler the day after he came to quote, having no heating or hot water they worked till after 8 pm just to get it fitted and working, couldn't have asked for more.
