Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Steve fitted some new bath taps and basin taps in our bathroom. He arrived exactly at the time agreed (the next day after quoting) and did an efficient job. He even cleared a blockage in the basin trap unasked. We found him to be very prompt, cheerful, friendly and helpful and would not hesitate to use him again.

Callum arrived on the day I contacted him, to replace a kitchen tap. Other plumbers were quoting 10 to 14 days before they could attend. He arrived early and carried out the replacement efficiently and confidently, leaving no mess or leaks when the job was finished. Only slight criticism was that his price was much higher than other quotes received.
