Tried to contact this guy for remedial work and was ignored. Requested an invoice for the work done as was ignored. Very frustrating.

We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.

I requested a window service through Rated People and did not think I would find what I was needing. To my surprise I did within a day. M D Maintenance made contact and arranged a day and time and true to his word he arrived on time and did the service on the windows as requested. A job very well done.
