There were a couple of unexpected problems which they dealt with quickly & calmly, and when I changed my mind about some things they didn't make me feel I was being a nuisance at all, but went out of their way to make sure the end resut was exactly what I wanted. We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.

Tim was great. Came at short notice. Everything installed well and pointed out a vent had been left open causing the smell of standing water. Tim cut out the drawer to fit around the qettle unit and pipework. Very clean and very helpful. I'll happily use him again. Thumbs up.

All work completed on time and on budget and to a very high standard. Couldn’t have asked for better.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
I would highly recommend Dan. My kitchen sink was blocked and it turned out not to be a simple blockage. He had to get to the pipework under my bath (not easy because of wooden panelling) and lower the pipe as it was bowed and drill through the wall and reconnect the outside pipe. He worked hard, was very personable and, as I say, I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. Thanks Dan.
