Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Two granite composite kitchen sinks and taps fitted. Great job done! Left everything very clean and tidy. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.
We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

I have been in the building industry for over 24 years mostly focusing on bathroom refurbishments. Removing and installing new suites to were they were and to new position's, building stud work to create new areas or for walls to hold shampoo bottles. Fit bathroom's with fully tiled to half tiled walls including lino. I also fit new new skirting, architrave etc and do fully renovated houses. We needed some urgent work completely at our warehouse and I'm so thrilled we used PB maintenance to do it. There communication was excellent, always on time and work finished to a high standard. Can't speak more highly of them. We wil be using them again in the near future!
