Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Did a really thoughtful restoration of our cloakroom. Took into consideration what was best for the client and achieved what the client wanted. New tiled floor and walls. Ben did a great job replacing worn pipework under our kitchen sink. He is a skilled, efficient worker who worked out how he could creatively improve our set up and achieved just that, providing us with much more space in that area. His prices are very fair and, on top of that, he is a very personable and polite young man. We would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others.
