Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
Nick responded straightaway and came to do the job a few hours later. He was quick, tidy and the cost was at the lower end of what he had quoted. I'd definitely use him again.
