Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

DNA was the only company that responded to my request to fit a new toilet. I was flexible regarding the fitting time and Joe kept me informed of his availability to complete the job. I absolutely love designing spaces and have the skillsets of doing all of the work myself. A lot of people entrust me to design the spaces for them and choose and source all of the materials I use. Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. I'm a very friendly and trustworthy person and understand the importance of being respectful in someones home. As you can see in my ratings, people have said lovely things about me over the years. If I could give Neal ten stars I would, he did an excellent job on my decking, replacing old wooden for new composite, looks amazing, he even made a special step for the dog. He was very reliable, polite and chatty, and respectful to us and my property, removed all rubbish and cleaned up afterwards, I would highly recommend him, and use him again should I need a job doing, full marks Neal, thank you.
