Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

Time needs to be spent working on preparation. The positioning (layout) of the tiles is very important. Tiling is all about aesthetics & balance. Its worth knowing that we can provide a complete bathroom service, including plumbing and Electrical work. Please note that I have public liability insurance. Please also note that when purchasing tiles you must buy an extra 10%. This is to allow for cuts & wastage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to the job being undertaken. In most cases we are 'local' to you & you can always contact us via mobile/landline/email My public liability insurance is with a company called 'Simply Business'. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing. There should be no shocks when it comes to payment time.. Ask the tiler questions about the job you want completing.
