The work was carried out, with great efficiency and everywhere was left clean and spotless. I was kept informed of the progress throughout and even involved in discussions on where to put the contrasting coloured stripe on the walls for best effect. It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.
