Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. Mohammed who responded to my job, was polite and and keen to do my jobs. He was young and clearly very inexperienced as he was not prepared to return to look at two of the jobs that were not completed correctly, even though he offered a 6 months guarantee. I had to call in another tradesman to fix one of the jobs done by Mohammed and this was costly. Be aware of his inexperience in DIY jobs.
