Mohammed who responded to my job, was polite and and keen to do my jobs. He was young and clearly very inexperienced as he was not prepared to return to look at two of the jobs that were not completed correctly, even though he offered a 6 months guarantee. I had to call in another tradesman to fix one of the jobs done by Mohammed and this was costly. Be aware of his inexperience in DIY jobs.

Dear Sharon, Unfortunately, my reply here must be brief. In summary, RatedPeople chose not to take any action in your favour because: 1. Payment was made after all seven tasks were inspected and approved. 2. A 6m guarantee was not offered, as clearly reflected in the quote. 3. I followed your instructions despite advising otherwise, and the blocked drain resulted from your approach. 4. I completed the radiator task and provided evidence disproving your claim that it was not completed. Kind regards, Mohammed
