Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Great communication; very quick & clear. Visited to give us a quote & explained next steps. When I was uncontactable due to a problem with my phone (that S1 didn't know about), they tried various methods of getting in touch: voicemail messages, texts, and even calling round in person & leaving messages with our next door neighbour! Good work was completed on time. Only minor gripe was some old paint flakes left lying that I thought would have been cleared up. Would definitely use S1 again though.

I am a time served 30 year ceramic tiler & bathroom fitter, experienced in bathroom all aspects of tiling from a splash back to swimming pools, Registered Bathstore fitter member of IKBBI, CRB checked, my builder member, please google me, public liability 2 million. I also do garage conversion. All carpets fully protected, generally a bathroom fit will take 6/9 days I do not leave and go to other jobs, you will not be left with out a toilet I am very experienced in plumbing/ pumps, what ever needs to be pumped in a bathroom, including power showers, Water storage tanks upgraded to required water supply, conversion, door ways removed and built, all rubbish removed if required.
Not happy with this tradesman at all. Very unprofessional approach to the trade. Would not use this person again.
