After ken came & gave a great quote & believing the reviews that Ken has excellent workmanship. We found that although he was on time everyday we were left with holes inbetween the tiles especially the mosaics. Uneven grout that was not smoothed between the tiles. Chipped tiles were used & the Mastek was uneven and very poorly done. We have had to get another Tiler in who has advised he will try and sand the grout back & replace the tiles & redo the uneven window. He recommended starting again. Wasted £1700

  they were not chipped tiles the only way to cut the brown tiles was with an electric cutter but this chipped the glaze on the cut edge.i went back to check the mosaics i only found 3 pinhead sized holes.on jasons request i removed the silicone and re grouted the corner.the bumps in the grout are caused when the air traped while grouting comes to the surface .he did not mention the kitchen tiling which he said was perfect.

  Ken. The Kitchen was perfect except for the fact you quoted me for entire job, you cleaned no grout up or sealed! You left me to spend a day doing it! Ensuite still has very large gaps where I can see the plaster. The chips you are ref to are the cut tiles I have a good size chip on a whole tile. The corner grout mess is due to the dist the tiles were laid apart meaning you had to bridge the gap with a silly amount of grout. I would be happy for you to sort properly at your expense.

  I would like to state that Ken has been very helpful in trying to meet my high standards. He has had a challenge with 3 different colour grouts white, black & brown. He has also come back 4 times in an attempt to please me. I would like to highly recommend Ken for natural stone jobs as he has done an excellent job of our Kitchen Splashback. Although I am still dissatisfied with our ensuite and will have to get this re-done in the future, I do now have all the gaps filled and feel it is useable. Jason
