Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Her cleaning is thorough, with added lovely touches - towels are rolled, toilet rolls are left folded and stamped. She is warm and cheerful.
