Fabian, the young plumber, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous & respectful. He also worked diligently & got our new shower up & running without any issues. I would definitely use them again & only deducted a star because Fabian arrived 2.5 hours after the agreed slot, making things a bit tricky for me

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

I hired 369 Home Design to refurbish my bathroom, if I could give more star I would, Mick was very professional and always cleaned up after himself, I'm very fussy but that wasn't a problem as all the materials used were of good quality, my bathroom is now luxurious and practical, I would have no problem in recommending 369 Home Design (Barnsley) you won't be disappointed.

I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. I’ve also installed UPVC drainage systems and septic tanks, giving me a wealth of experience in both domestic and commercial drainage work. Since 2020, I’ve expanded into the building sector, working on a range of projects including excavating footings, setting out for concrete, installing windows and doors, plasterboarding, and fitting bathrooms. I’ve also been involved in kitchen installations, flooring, and patio laying, with my main focus being plumbing, drainage, and groundworks. I've been working in installing, designing and selling bathrooms for 8 years, whilst working with my father who has been tiling and bathroom fitting for over 40 years. Together we decided to launch this venture to project manage everything that goes into a new bathroom, whilst working with a fitting company called Total Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd. Our aim is to manage the project from inception, through consultation with design, then onto purchase and scheduling of works. We'll also liaise with the retailers and installation teams until completion, whilst also being available for any after service matters that may arise.
