Bogdan did our full bathroom refubrishment. I was a little bit worried that he had no reviews, although he did show me work down when he worked at London it is still hard to trust that work will be done to the high standard that we wanted. We should have not been worried at all. The transformation was fantastic and finish is beautifull surpassing our expectations. Everything works as it should and we were so glad we went with Bogdan so much so that we now asked him to refubrish our family bathroom too.

The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

Initially we did feel that Joe had done a good job of hanging some new doors for us, however, after a very short time (a couple of days) the bathroom door was making a terrible squeaking noise when opening or closing. We have tried to get in touch with him to come back and rectify the problem to no avail, he has not even bothered to answer our email. Very disappointed.

Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance! Avoid this company at all costs, Scott came round gave a quote then arranged a date to install 14 doors. Confirmed he’d got said doors and agreed an install date, I even confirmed the night before. Never turned up, ignored phone calls and texts - total waste of time. Looks like other people have also had similar problems on here looking at the other reviews.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
Handyman, most aspects of work undertaken
Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
