It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them. I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.
