My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.

Initially I was employed in the family business where i had the opportunity to learn the skills needed to build and renovate properties including brickwork, plastering, decorating and carpentry. .Woodwork has always been a passion of mine along with an interest in art, craft and design. With this in mind I studied Furniture Make and Design at Rycotewood Furniture School in Oxford as a mature student where I was able to develop my design and woodworking skills to a higher level. Attention to detail and working to a high standard are important to me. I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. In the end, another firm was able to start earlier than Aaron thought they could - I'm very happy with progress; but think it's well worth speaking to Smart Construction, and wouldn't hesitate to contact them in future, if I need building work done (which I really really hope I don'tj
