The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.
Michael was a delight. He turned up when he said he would and kept us informed on progress. His workmanship is very good and he cleaned up after himself. He took on additional work to the original job and was able to source colleagues for this. Most definitely use him again.

Would recommend Ashton Construction. Very pleasant and went the extra mile (at no extra cost) when additional problems came to light once the job was started. They also cleared up and left the kitchen very clean -you would not have known they had been there at all!

When I asked him about the negative reviews he had received he explained that on one of the jobs the customer was a substance user and so would not deal with them and rated jobs would not remove the comments!! Chris did an absolutely fabulous job in tidying up our old and tired kitchen. We only had a limited budget but Chris worked with us and came up with some great ideas that we would never thought of and sourced for us a lovely new sink, taps and extractor hood. David is extremely hard working and a very pleasant, friendly and polite person. His decorating is first class l have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a painting job. He is also very reasonably priced, all round top tradesman.
Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.
