The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

We found John Marshall to be excellent. He was very professional, expert in knowledge and didn’t waste any time fixing the problem. He didn’t was any time and was fair in his charge. We took advantage of his excellent work and had him give us a new felt roof that was also needed. Top man!

Initially we did feel that Joe had done a good job of hanging some new doors for us, however, after a very short time (a couple of days) the bathroom door was making a terrible squeaking noise when opening or closing. We have tried to get in touch with him to come back and rectify the problem to no avail, he has not even bothered to answer our email. Very disappointed.

I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. He completed the job inside 2 hours with a little help from myself to help safely mount each shelf into place. Costa is open, friendly, reliable and able. John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Petar, compared to the other tradesmen gave me the best advice for the job and the best quote. He arrived on time each day that he worked and only had short breaks. He took pride in his work and was very hard working. His favourite word was “Perfect” and this was reflected in his work.`The job did take longer than expected, through no fault of his own and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I look forward to employing him again in the near future. Excellent tradesman.

Started to fit wrong sink unit , Blaimed supplier.Connected hot to cold ! Cold to hot! Did-not secure pipe work!Promised to fix! Sent voice mails texts etc no reply! Used another phone !Answered!!Promised to resolve ! Still not fixed! This has been going on since December!! Now end of Feb! Would you rate this guy?
