Ben managed a complex plumbing job for me, skillfully orchestrating multiple sub-contractors and ultimately delivering an excellent result that is beautiful to look at. Unfortunately this job seemed to be beyond Jay's ability and we had to stop it part way through and find someone else to finish it. On the positive side Jay recognised this and was very apologetic and was certainly not trying to rip us off. But I cannot recommend him for this type of job (replacing existing front door and frame with new frame and door).

couple of pieces of the shed were not put together and only realised after they had left. Roof not fitted correctly leaving daylight being seen from inside of shed.
