BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

After being let down with other tradespeople I hired Leon. I got good professional advice and great communication from him. Came when he said and done a great job replacing my door frame and rehanging my door. Very professional job and even cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend to anyone to hire.

Andy and his team did an excellent job replacing my laminate flooring. They worked very hard on both days they were at the house and the standard of work was top notch. Very pleased with the flooring and would highly recommend this tradesman.

A fantastic job done by Ricky and Chris. They transformed the dining room into a lovely big kitchen installing units, appliances and flooring and changed the old kitchen into utility room. All work was done to a high standard. I would definitely recommend using them.

After a sticky issue on a previous came out and sorted the radiators for free. Can’t say better than came out and the the rectification work so gave to give 5 stars. Did the job on time and even fixed a towel rail he didn’t fit . Thank you

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

John Kenny done a decent job replacing new decking for me, but he built a garden gate which has been very disappointing. Paid him £500 for this gate and he used internal wood which has swollen and cracked and I’m unable to close or lock the gate.. tried to contact him for weeks to no avail.

Was originally happy with cuts, but has failed to seal the worktops properly, resulting in bubbling from water ingress. Failed to return calls and missed appointment with no explanation.

Just poor in every aspect. Sloppy workmanship has led to leaks in the bathroom, seals having to be replaced. We are now looking to have someone else come in to redo the work. Please avoid at all costs for your own sake.
