Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

The bottom line is it was a waste of both your time and mine if you were not interested, I think that the eventual profit would have more than covered lead costs, if not then you are doing something very wrong, I deal with CPC (Cost Per Click) every day every business I know allows a fund for this, out of every 10 clicks (that cost them) only one may bear fruit, I think you need to re-think strategies, I have increased value rating because at the end of the day your initial quote came in at a good price.

He replied for my painting quote. On the day of work, when he started filling minor cracks, i need to repeatedly go and intervene and need to show that he kept on missing to fill several cracks in each rooms, then also explained no point to start painting with these open cracks. Then within 30 minutes of start of the work, he was missing at site. Just waste of time and now delays in finishing my works. Not show any positive attitude to improve on his mistakes nor dedication to complete on scheduled works.

The standard of workmanship was excellent, everyone who has seen the brickwork has commented how good it is, very informative and helpful. We had some extra costs where we had some unforeseen groundwork problems that weren't picked up on In the planning stage not the builders fault, costs were as predicted and very reasonable, our build of a Dutch barn style roof was a design build they had not encountered before and the result was brilliant. Weather was pants and would highly recommend John and his crew.

Our garage conversion took approximately four weeks and it is miraculous what Jon’s team have achieved in a truly professional, friendly and extremely helpful/tidy way. The builders - John and Alvin worked very well together; the electricians worked very quickly and tidily; the plumbers and kitchen fitters have given us a delightful utility room; the painters and decorators have left it immaculate. AVOID. This woman obviously knows about plants & likes to 'potter' in the garden but she is not a commercial gardener, borrowing our garden tools for example and unwilling to follow my instructions (he who pays the piper calls the tune Becky!) left job unfinished as not happy with quote she had given because taking too long. Paying her by the hour would have been even more of a disaster!
