Leroy & his brother Archie are what I would call "old school" Caribbean chaps who operate with a basic instinct for a job properly & well done! Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. If I could leave 0 I would! Ended up having to call the police after they demanded payment for a gutter they put on backwards so the drain pipe does not go into a drain but just hangs over my driveway! They broke my gate and complained they had to fix it! Tried to say it was like that! They didn't fix the leaking ones either! Got very aggressive when I said I wasn't happy about the gutter being on the wrong way and threatened to destroy more of my property. Smashed plant pots as well utterly disgusting.
