Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. After struggling to get somebody to do this job Miller Property Maintenance contacted me and promptly arranged to view the job. they explained to me what needed done, quoted me a reasonable price and arranged to do the job in 2 days .By the time they came there were more panels down but they fitted them for the original price and secured other loose panels to prevent further damage. they carried out excellent work and kept me informed as to what they were doing .I would definitely use them again. .

GD replaced fence posts and put the fence back up as requested. They even spotted some other work that need done (a fallen wall) and arranged to rebuild this as well. All good quality work at a reasonable price. Would recommend!
