Fabian, the young plumber, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous & respectful. He also worked diligently & got our new shower up & running without any issues. Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.

This company did not finish job, left huge mess, did damage. Grossly overcharged, left misspelt invoice. 2 hours after doing half day instead of full, man rang me demanding his money "as needed to buy materials for next job" - but only 1/2 did mine. I did not pay £670 he again demanded for FIVE HOURS. He also "mislaid" my summerhouse key, new lock now installed after 38 years of use of "lost" one. He is untrustworthy and frightened disabled 83 year old widow. He should be struck off your list.
