Dhval was polite, efficient and easy to work with as we had specific requests. He kept us informed of timing - when he was likely to arrive or held up in traffic - and completed the job to our spec with good humour and warmth. They did an excellent job on a very long and high hedge. Stayed until the job was completed and cleared up well. Cut the hedge better than asked and their price was within the range of other quotes. Need to make sure you are clear what is happening to the cuttings/waste. Would not hesitate to hire them again when the hedge has grown back.
