Chris said he would come out and look at what was needing done but he never turned up. He doesn't seem to be reliable. Wouldn't recommend him.

Specialists in replacing roofs, slates or tiles. I source and supply all materials saving the customer time and hassle researching the materials. All of the materials I use are of the highest standard. I always supply samples of tiles or slates to ensure we get what suits best for your property and price range. I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. All of my jobs are completed to a high standard and come with a 10 year warranty.

We have just completed a massive Laboratory Extension for Valpar Micro Matic based in Bangor and also done Renovations works to Cartmills based in Glengormley which was turned into the Northern Ireland Hospice . Andrew and team were able to price a job for us immediately and were able to start soon after! We had garden drainage re done and slabs put down in certain areas, the team were able to accommodate us and even work away while we went on holiday!
