From Inception to Completion Smart Windows & Build provided a very professional and reliable service. Mark and Donna fitted us with a brand new 'Solidor' front door and we would recommend the door and Smart Windows & Build to anyone. We won't hestiate to use Mark and his company again!

Chris and his team did a great job on our garden design. I have used builders previously but Chris and his team are the most professional builders I have used. From the design stage to compeltion we were always kept upto date of the progress. Both me and my wife are very pleased with the work that was done. Would use these again and highly recommend to others.

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

Gullivers are highly recommended. Had a call to quote and they responded extremely quickly and offered to take on the job the next day. We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

Craig and his team were great, always arrived when arranged and would contact if they were unable to. Excellent value did the entire job for under £2000 and fixed a problem with my flat roof. The only problems I had was my neighbours roof had not been finished off as well as mine but Craig and his team came out to fix this too. They always seemed to be rushing and the job took approximately a month to complete.

As a single woman you tend to feel a bit like a gazelle being stalked by lions when dealing with tradesmen. However Damien was professional from the outset which gave me some peace of mind. I was given an itemised quote without asking, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the work carried out and would happily recommend him to my best friend. In fact, I have asked for business cards to pass on to others looking for a reliable plumber.
