They responded quickly. Did the job so far, so good. Time will tell if the patchwork of rendering stays in place and does the job. I have given them 5 stars on the chance that it does. Responded promptly to the job after I posted it on RP. Good communication throughout. Battled through the weather to get to me. Took some pictures of the problem and then fixed the issue the same day. Also repaired an issue with our windows. Sent me pictures of the completed work and provided 5 year guarantee on the invoice.

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

I have been self employed for 7 1/2years now, I really enjoy the freedom it gives me to take on a wide variety of projects and the responsibility that comes with creating what customers want. I believe I have a good eye for detail, and i work hard with my customers to implement their ideas. I have worked all over the country on a wide range of projects installing timber bridges, boardwalks, and jetties. This gave me great experience, dealing with customers and problem solving. I thoroughly enjoy my work and love working outdoors, helping to create great gardens for people to enjoy.
Initially the completed work looked fantastic. But the following year when the pointing between the flags started chipping away, we obtained a few quotes from other gardeners to repoint, and all of them told me how the this gardener had cut corners. The pointing should have been deeper, and the cement under the flags should have been spread all over. You can see the dark spots under the flags now showing where the cement had just been used in the centre of the flags.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

did the job well re shower tray that was leaking. iwas let down by a coupie of other traders , but JozsefBUILDER AND TILING came out said they could do the job quoted me avery reasonable price, .fixed the leaking shower tray and were very efficient and polite would definetly reccomend them and would hire them again
