A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Required a bit of an awkward shaped worktop to be installed.Two successive joiners from Rated People agreed to conduct the works but both frequently kept cancelling,turning up late and not responding to calls/texts. I went back to the website a third time and found Alasdair who agreed to the job.Unlike the other two companies,he turned on time and didn't let me down. We cover all building works. However we specialise in plastering and brick/blockwork qualified bricklayer and plasterer 14 years experience public liabillty insurance and employer insurance.
Sam impressed from the off when invited out to provide a quotation, asking pertinent questions I had not even considered. Before work commenced he ensured a meeting with my architect and ran through technical specs. The work itself has surpassed our aspirations. He kept the site tidy throughout and it is clear he takes pride in his work. is communication throughout was also excellent, often using his initiative when a cost neutral desicion needed to be made, but checking with me for all else.
