I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)

It was a long job and the guys were very helpful and completed the job in good time. I was happy to pay for the extra time/work needed to complete the job, as I had under budgeted. The result was great and I was very pleased with the finish of the laminate in the flat.

Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

I am so grateful we found Vladimir on this site! He was punctual everyday, very polite and cleaned up immaculately! Not to mention the amazing job he did on our kitchen tiles - which were not easy as the tiles were not all equal sizes! But Vladimir's talent has made my kitchen shine! Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.
