G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.

We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! Mr Seager and his colleagues have been marvelous to work with this past couple of weeks. The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. The 5 or 6 colleagues who arrived upon a call from James to solve various problems that were uncovered were all exceedingly good natured, polite and very hard working, It's been such a positive experience that we have asked James to quote for an extension...

James has been a pleasure to have around fixing up our bathroom. He is quiet, respectful, sticks to time and cost. He has done an incredible job. He has had great communication through the project and is helpful with suggestions and ideas. Would not hesitate to recommend him!

From start to finish Wayne produced 4 outstanding pieces of oak furniture for me, i couldn't be happier with the quality, advice, drawings in less than 7 days, Wayne was a pleasure to work with and his furniture will give me and future generations extraordinary pleasure.
